Dolakh Core Engines
These engines tend to be small and compact. Though large vehicles will require many of these engines to power the various thrusters. A small core engine (2 cubic foot) is capable of supplying enough energy for a single svemahjol for several days, before it has to be replaced. It can take up to 10 huge (120 cubic foot) cores to power a corvette-class reikosjharna. However, they are highly volatile and will easily explode if the vehicle takes enough damage.
These engines are able to power the following propulsion systems: paddlewheels, screw-propellers, fan-propellers, levitation boosters and various types of thrusters, the most common are vhel thrusters. They also are used to power various elements of a vehicle if required.
These engines will run out of power. Dolakh crystal engines must be replenished. Each engine must be replenished every 10 days per size; thus a colossal engine must be replenished in 70 days. Most dolakh crystal core engines must use purple, white or green crystals.
These engines require a minimum 1 cubic foot of base space on a vehicle, to keep the crystals separated and kept cool through the use of magical means. However, the larger the vehicle, the more space and more crystals are needed to drive the vehicle.
