The Omniverse

What is known as the Omniverse is also known as the home to hundreds of galaxies, thousands of dimensions and the interconnecting Celestial Realms. It is also home to mortal beings that live on the Prima or Prima Terra Realm, as well as other realms of existence.

The Omniverse

Covering the known existence of mortals the Omniverse is the vast black ocean, known as the Void, in which countless star systems and worlds similar to that of Kralis move. Each of these locations are a part of the Prima Terra or Prime Plane and are known as arphemhal (star homes). Each arphemhal is named after the most prominent world within it. What mortals can see in the physical and mortal worlds is called the Ilhemorin or the 'Verse. Within the Ilemorin there are hundreds of billions of systems called arphemal. Each arphemal is made up of tens of thousands sahvadina (or regions), which ultimately can contain tens of billions of solvetras. Murcarsius is the arphemal in which the World of Kralis sits.

The Omniverse is all encompassing including the Celestial, other Dimensions and Parallels. When looking into the vastness of the known (and unknown) Omniverse its vastness is overwhelming and includes countless places of existences: Planes, Worlds, and Dimensions. Many that use these terms, often use them interchangeably to mean the same thing, yet there are subtle differences in what they are and their definitions:

Planes: Planes are notably a level of reality within the Omniverse beyond that of the Terra Prima(s). Oft referred to as the Celestial Planes or Celestial Realms, these tend to be self-contained places of existences. Each plane is connected, if not by a physical connection, then by means of planar junctions and rifts. Often times mortals mean the Celestial Planes or Realms when they speak of alternate worlds, other realms or even other dimensions. However, these each have different connotations in respect to actual planes of existence.

Dimensions: Often referenced as planes, dimensions, however, are not planes as defined above. They are places outside the known or possible Omniverse (not a Parallel), worlds or realms; but inexplicably still exist within the known Omniverse. They are hidden places between celestial realms, including the nexus’, places where many times old, evil and alien beings exist (and in some cases numerous species of Kralis hail from). Where entities that are not gods, demons or angels exist. Many times these beings are insane, are exiled into a deep slumber, others working on domination of the whole of existence (in time and space); only disturbed when travelers attempt to exit the known planes and cross over to other realities or parallel verses or attempt to bring forth these places and the creatures that inhabit them.

Realms: Realms are often easily interchangeably with planes, worlds or even, though rarely, dimensions.

Parallels: There as many Parallel universe as there are Celestial Realms of Existence, if not more. These Parallels are separate, but simultaneously existing realities that mirror this Omniverse and each constitute a different reality than ours. They are places where everything that could possibly have happened in our past, but did not, has occurred in the past of some other universe or universes.

Worlds and Star Systems

The physical Omniverse is made up of millions of worlds and thousands of star systems. They are known as arphemhals (galaxies; there are an untold number of other arphemals within the Omniverse, many sages belief that there is another arphemhal for every visible star in the sky,) and are Prima Terra locations within the Omniverse, within arphemhals hundreds of smaller solvetras (solar systems).

What sages, spellcasters and loremasters have been able to determine through the use of Gates of Bahlaru, other greater teleportation magic and the use of great reikosjharnas; (larger, more powerful versions of the standard airships; that are used for sailing the great black ocean between worlds and other arphemhal) is that there are an estimated 20 solvetras surrounding the solvetras of the world of Kralis. This has lead to the belief that the arphemhal in which Kralis resides is the center of the known Omniverse (which may be false, as the center of the Omniverse is thought by some sages to be a single black star perhaps home of the old ones).

The arphemhal wherein Kralis sits is known as Murcarsius the solvetras that Kralis and its sister planets sit in is called Khirius. Within the solvetras there are 20 other worlds other than Kralis that swirl around a single yellow sun-star known as the Rhu which has a dying sister star known as Cul Dhar Rha. Khirius is blessed, either by the gods or by luck (depending on who you speak to) with a large area where life can be sustained that is nearly 90 million miles wide in an area called “Gishra’s Womb”. It is thought to start just on the edge orbit of Phultaar and extends to just beyond Jultak.

The exact size of Murcarsius is unknown, but sages believe that there are some three hundred billion stars in it and it is roughly 110,000 light-years or lajosars in diameter and is several (14) billion years old.

The Neververse

Sages have long thought that while the Omniverse is made up of Multiple Other Universes, including other dimensions, there exists an anti-Omniverse. They argue that the Great Chaos that "sprung" into existence at the beginning of this Omniverse, must have come from something or somewhere else. They call this the Neververse. A twisting, turn place of eternal darkness and chaos: the true home to the entity called Avyavustha believed to be the origin, or father, of the Great Chaos that infects the Omniverse. It is a place of anti-life that corrupts and destroys everything not of it. It is the darkness at the end of everything: the end of the Omniverse, the end of the gods, the end of dimensions, the end of everything. It is believed to be the negative of all good things beyond the concepts of damnation or salvation. It is the negative of all life.
